A mother who will fight to improve the quality of life for Florida's 13th district and the American people.

As a devoted mother of two young girls and the proud daughter of a single mother, Whitney Fox intimately understands the struggles facing Florida families firsthand. With a background in strategic communications and public policy, her commitment to improving lives is not just rhetoric – it’s her life’s work. Formerly serving as the Communications Director for the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority, Whitney’s impact was tangible, notably spearheading the successful SunRunner Bus Rapid Transit system in Pinellas. Now, she’s leveraging her expertise and passion to champion real change on a larger scale.  She believes it’s time we had a representative focused on supporting hard working Americans, protecting our fundamental freedoms – including a woman’s right to make her own healthcare decisions, and increasing opportunities for everyone in Pinellas County. While Congress continues to play politics and ignore a growing affordability crisis, Whitney has been working across the district to address real issues like improving transportation options for all, providing access to healthcare for the elderly, and partnering with local organizations on food insecurity.

Whitney is running as a Democrat for Congress because families need our support. She knows that a thriving community creates a thriving economy and in order to accomplish this, we must take care of our people first. Whitney understands that this requires access to quality public education, affordable healthcare, investments in community infrastructure, and safeguarding our environment.  She knows that we must fight to keep the American Dream alive in Pinellas County and work together to protect and  grow the middle class.

If we work together, we can build a better Pinellas and an America that supports its people.
